No families' needs are exactly the same and we provide a range of services that can be tailored to meet each client's unique requirements.Whether the needs be temporary, respite, convalescent, palliative or for a long term companion, we have an in-home caring package to meet your needs and improve your or a loved one's quality of life.
At Wilhanresa Private Care we will customize the service to the inidvidual needs of each client. Care can be provided on a full of part time basis, i.e. from 6 hour to 24 hours per day. We are as flexible as we can be with care and therefor only a day's notice is required to change the hours or terminate our services.
The Carer's references are carefully checked befoer any placement takes place in order to provide dedicated, honest and reliable staff. Clients and cares are assessed regularly and both receive ongoing support from Wilhanresa.
Wilhanresa is registered with most medical aids BUT the client stays primarily responsible to claim from his/her medical aid if necessary.
Accessories like nappies, drips, bandages, etc. will be added to the account.
Clients have to supply their own medication as prescribed by a medical doctor.
